| Project Description: | Built for practitioners of internal medicine, Frisco Primary Care was a design build project. The owners acquired the property themselves, and Selected TAB Construction to create and design a building for them. An architect was selected by TAB and design began with a predetermined target budget set by the owners. Not only was TAB able to provide a beautiful building for a cost well below the average rate in the area, but built a building and interior office with quality that will last the doctors group for years to come. |

| Project Description: | As a developer, TAB had invested in a property located in a thriving area of Frisco. The property had many advantages over neighboring land. Property tax benefits and city impact fees were in place, shared costs to adjacent properties were negotiated, and utilities were already on site. TAB sold the property to a doctor as a design build, and was able to transfer the savings of the property to the doctor, saving him in excess of $200,000. The predetermined contract price was well below the construction average, yet TAB was able to build a spectacular building, and show a quality interior finish. |
